Fab Floraa offers flower delivery to selected locations in the UAE. Availability depends on the recipient’s complete delivery address. We may be unable to fulfill orders outside our active delivery coverage.

Any applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed. Charges may vary by destination and delivery option. Please review your final total before payment.

Delivery dates and time windows depend on destination, order timing and available capacity. We will provide the options currently available for your order. Same-day, express or fixed-time delivery is available only when explicitly offered and confirmed.

Fresh flowers are prepared with care. Preparation times may vary by bouquet design, floral availability, order volume and seasonal demand. Flower arrangements may require additional preparation during busy occasions.

Please provide the recipient’s name, a reachable phone number, a complete address, building or apartment details and any useful delivery instructions. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, the address cannot be accessed or delivery details are incomplete, we may contact the sender or recipient to coordinate next steps. A further delivery attempt may involve an additional fee, which we will explain before arranging it.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update the delivery address, date or recipient details. We will try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once preparation or dispatch has begun.

Heavy traffic, severe weather, building restrictions, peak demand or other events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. Where possible, we will communicate significant delays and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Flowers are natural, seasonal products. If a particular bloom is unavailable, we may propose an appropriate substitute consistent with the arrangement’s overall style, colour palette and value, subject to our published substitution and replacement terms.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality concern, please contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. We will review the matter under our Fresh Flower Replacement Policy and applicable consumer-protection rights.

Requests to cancel an order or receive a refund are assessed under our Returns & Cancellations Policy and applicable law. Fresh flowers are perishable, but this does not remove statutory remedies for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
